B WISE Announces East Coast Shows For January 2022

Today, one of Australia’s most respected hip-hop artists, B Wise announces a January east coast tour performing his ARIA nominated sophomore album ‘Jamie’. Along the run, B Wise will perform the critically acclaimed new record alongside his vast catalogue of hits to audiences at Brisbane’s Black Bear Lodge and Melbourne’s Laundry, before returning home for a very special one-night only performance of ‘Jamie’ at Sydney Festival, featuring many of the special guests that grace the record.

Along the run, B Wise has hand-picked some of his favourite artists around the country to support the shows, with Baby Prince joining the bill in Brisbane, and Babyface Mal and Crybaby warming things up in Melbourne. Sydney will be a true celebration for his hometown, bringing up bubbling local artists Jaecy and MADAM3EMPRESS to get things started at Speaker’s Corner for Sydney Festival.

B Wise’s sophomore body of work jamie represented a landmark moment for the South-West Sydney artist, showcasing his dynamic evolution as a performer and giving audiences a reintroduction into Wise’s most personal work to date. Since his introduction, but Wise has constantly set the bar within Australian hip-hop, from his 2018 debut ‘Area Famous’ winning Best Independent Hip Hop/Urban Album at the 2019 AIR Awards, to receiving FBi Radio Sydney Music Arts Culture Award for ‘Record of the Year’. Now, with an ARIA Award nomination under his belt as well, the celebrated artist can’t wait to get back to what he does best – rocking stages across the country with his electric live shows.
