ADALITA began her career as the frontwoman of Australian rock band, Magic Dirt, who are best known for their ARIA Chart topping albums ‘Friends in Danger’ (1996), ‘What Are Rockstars Doing Today’ (2000), ‘Tough Love’ (2003), and ‘Snow White’ (2005). She became the first female artist to make the cover of Australian Guitar Magazine in 2005 and further cemented herself as an Australian rock ‘n’ roll icon after going solo in 2011, subsequently winning Best Independent Release at the 2011 AIR Awards and Best Female at the 2013 Music Victoria Awards.

Her solo success doesn’t stop there, with multiple nominations at the AIR Awards, the National Live Music Awards, the Australian Music Prize, and the ARIA Awards, where her debut album ‘Adalita’ (2011) and her sophomore record ‘All Day Venus’ (2014) won her nominations for Best Female Artist. Her self-titled record peaked in the Australian music charts at #23 and features singles Hot Air, The Repairer and Fool Around, while ‘All Day Venus’ landed at #30 with the Sydney Morning Herald labelling it “anthemic, emotional and tailor-made for humming around stadiums.

Adalita is currently working on her highly anticipated third studio album and has also been back touring with the hugely successful Magic Dirt, who have been welcomed back with rapturous ovations and coveted reviews.

Black Fingernails Red Wine In The City 2022 will bring two of Eskimo Joe‘s most doted albums – the 4x ARIA Platinum ‘Black Fingernails Red Wine‘ (2006) and 2x ARIA Platinum ‘A Song Is A City’ (2004) – to the stage for an epic back-to-back performance, with each album played in its entirety at the same show for the very first time, with some other surprises throughout the night. The video for their latest non album single 99 Ways dropped in early 2021, which the band are calling an ‘isolation love song’. Speaking about the single, Double J said “Eskimo Joe are back with more bold and dramatic modern rock, proving they still have plenty left to give.

Eskimo Joe and their Black Fingernails Red Wine In The City 2022 tour will have fans re-living some of the band’s best moments from the noughties. Get your tickets now via frontiertouring.com/eskimojoe.
