Brisbane / Meanjin Alt Rock things Lounge release their third single Dumb TODAY – October
7th – through Gyrostream.
Dumb explores the nagging anxiety that visits most early Twenty Somethings when
they wake up one day to the shocking realisation that they are nothing special… no
super powers, no rock star life, no higher calling, just an ex teen with money problems
and bad posture. Such is Life Amigos!
Lounge are fast developing a reputation as a band that might be worth keeping a
beady eye on… Their last single You Instead was added to a number of Key Spotify
Rock Playlists and Violent Soho‘s James Tidswell picked the song as ‘Catch Of The
Day’ on his Domestic La La Playlist ’Tuna Tuesday’.
Lounge will be celebrating the single release with a headline show at the Bearded
