Indie dream pop BFF’s Betty Taylor are back with their highly anticipated new single, Young Dumb Immature. Following the success of their co-write with Aidan Hogg (known recently for his co/write and production with G-Flip) on Can’t Get Enough, which saw them reach top 20 most played at triple j. Reflecting on the inspiration behind Young Dumb Immature, Sophie shares, “This song was written from personal experience, a direct message to someone I couldn’t confront face-to-face. It’s about embracing who I am and standing up for myself and my friends, despite negative judgments.” Written with a blend of sass and love, Young Dumb Immature channels frustration into triumph, resonating with listeners on a deeply personal level.
