After finding great success with their first 2 singles, Under The Stigmata and Let The Cleaver Swing, RORONOAH are set to release their 3rd and final single of 2024, Death Row Manifesto.
The Brisbane-based Deathcore quartet have spent the last 6 months gigging their 2 released singles and building a name for themselves within the Brisbane heavy scene. After exceeding expectations with their first headline shows, supporting bands including War Bear and Insect and performing live on 4ZZZ radio, RORONOAH are set to end the year with a bang.
Death Row Manifesto is the sequel to their previous single Let The Cleaver Swing, with lyrical content that further explores the mind of the murderer we were introduced to in its predecessor, with the story now taking place as the murderer enters death row. This song is very groove heavy, taking strong inspiration from Latin dance beats while also incorporating splashes of inspiration from bands such as Knocked Loose, Chelsea Grin and Fit For An Autopsy. RORONOAH teamed up with War Bear’s lead vocalist Ravi Sherwell to deliver a crushing vocal duet.
Ryan (Guitar) comments: “We wanted to dance man! Our last two singles have been about mixing groove with punishing riffs and melodies, this one we wanted to just have some fun with it and hopefully turn some heads with its unique sound”.
Drawing influence from artists such as Slaughter To Prevail, Slipknot, Kublai Khan TX, Fit For An Autopsy, and Thy Art Is Murder, RORONOAH‘s aggressive riffs, crushing breakdowns and high energy performances keep going from strength to strength.
