Raised between Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island) and Adelaide, Sachém draws from his Noonuccal roots and Black American heritage to create music that’s both grounded and global. His sound blends spoken word, hip-hop, and gospel, weaving in themes of faith, legacy, and resilience. A 2024 Queensland Music Award nominee and 2023 triple j Unearthed Artist of the Month, Sachém has performed at the likes of BIGSOUND, QPAC, and Jungle Love Festival.
