Touché Amoré release their sixth album ‘Spiral In A Straight Line’ via Rise Records. The album includes the band’s previously released singles Nobody’s and Hal Ashby, the latter of which was accompanied by a surreal music video directed by Sean Stout and inspired by the song’s namesake director, known for his tragically misunderstood characters.

‘Spiral In A Straight Line’ sees the band reuniting with renowned producer Ross Robinson (KoRn, Slipknot, Glassjaw, At The Drive-In etc.) with whom they previously collaborated on their critically acclaimed album ‘Lament’, which was awarded Best New Album by Pitchfork. The result is an incredibly poignant sixth album that mines deeper into the complexities of the band’s emotional core, while also widening the scope to embrace the universally understood experience of grappling with life-altering changes.

The band recently kicked off their North American tour with a hometown show in LA at The Regent and screened a short film documentary on the making of their new album directed by Sean Stout.

With exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, the visual highlights Touché’s appreciation for different mediums of storytelling, while also providing context to the album’s core themes of lingering pain, memories, and resilience. Each member of the band – principal lyricist Jeremy Bolm, guitarists Nick Steinhardt and Clayton Stevens, bassist Tyler Kirby, and drummer Elliot Babin – provides insights on their unique experiences making the record and the significance of ‘Spiral In A Straight Line’.

Touché Amoré launched their 2024 headlining tour with support from Soul GloPortrayal of Guilt and Soft Blue Shimmer. Following their show at San Diego’s The Casbah, they will tour across North America with dates in Portland, Chicago, Atlanta, Brooklyn, Philadelphia and more.

Listen to ‘Spiral In A Straight Line’ and watch the short film above, and stay tuned for more from Touché Amoré soon.
