Emerging as one of Australia’s most exciting indie rock voices, 17-year-old Brisbane/Meanjin-based artist Ixaras has unveiled her debut EP, ‘Full Lover Fake Friend’, which is out NOW! Highlighted by its title track, the EP weaves raw, neo-indie tones with reflective, poignant lyricism, embodying the rollercoaster of teenage relationships, self-discovery, and the complexities of growing up.
Currently electrifying stages across Australia, Ixaras has taken her sound nationwide, supporting Grinspoon and currently on tour with Aleskiah. Her headline shows and DIY ethos have solidified her reputation as a fearless, genre-bending artist with an eye on authenticity and inclusivity.
