NEAV unleashes her EP ‘be.’ into the world – a body of work that is deeply personal yet highly relatable. Inspired by her life-changing experiences while traveling alone, the music shifts between looking at the world around her and diving into her own inner thoughts.
Throughout the EP, NEAV openly shares her journey of balancing self-doubt with self-empowerment. Sonically, it is her most authentic and polished work to date, blending beautiful, clear melodies and powerful lyrics with crisp, modern production.
Alongside her singles Full of Yourself, Me and Forever, NEAV’s brand new song Alone is featured on the EP.

NEAV (aka Niamh Watson) was a recipient of the first ever round of Create Australia’s 2024 ‘Export Development Fund’ for ‘Professional and Artistic Development’. With this support, she undertook a six-week European songwriting and networking trip, connecting and collaborating with industry professionals in London, Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, Stockholm and Edinburgh, creating ‘be’. The tracks were further developed, mixed and mastered in Sydney with Jesse Deskovic and Ben Feggans from Studios 301.?
A prolific collaborator, NEAV recently released two tracks with French powerhouse DJ and producer KAS:ST featured on his album ‘ADORE’. NEAV has also received awards and accolades from the likes of The Australian Songwriters Association, leading music mental health charity Listen Up, The International Songwriting Competition (ISC), Music NSW, Triple J, MTV Australia, Amazing Radio (UK) and Rolling Stone. She has shared a stage and supported various artists, including Ben Lee, Ella Hooper, Dan Sultan, Pierce Brothers, Greta Stanley and Nathan Cavaleri.
