Perth indie-rock collective Odlaw returns with their electrifying new single Dads Love ACDC – out on 4 April.
A raucous yet sentimental nod to nostalgia and the power of rock ‘n’ roll, the track marks the latest preview of their highly anticipated fourth album ‘MI(L)D LIFE CRISIS’, set for release next month.
Odlaw has weathered the storms. What started as a project by songwriter Mark Neal has grown into a full-fledged, eight-piece indie rock powerhouse featuring Veronica Zurzolo (Dolce Blue), Lee Napper (Gap Year), Damien Goerke (Sugar Wife), Jamie Gallagher (Pat Chow), Michael Strong (Alyosha), David Jago (Mezzanine), and Skinny O’Leary (Sidequest).
Now, Odlaw sets the table and sweeps the hallway, preparing to invite you inside for their upcoming album with Dads Love ACDC, a sentimental, tongue-in-cheek anthem.

Recorded live at Sumo Studio with Mitch McDonald (The Love Junkies), Dads Love ACDC is the latest taste of Odlaw’s upcoming fourth album ‘MI(L)D LIFE CRISIS’, out 9 May. The album marks a new chapter for the band, capturing their growth from a solo endeavour into a sprawling collective, performing on bigger stages and selling out vinyl pre-orders through an overwhelmingly successful crowdfunding campaign.
