Brisbane indie-punk quartet Semantics released another single today from their upcoming LP ‘I FEEL IT ALL AT ONCE’ – their much-anticipated sophomore album, to be released on September 27. The band have also released the track’s music video, directed by Harley Jones.
Port Allan showcases the more emo/shoegaze side of the band, with slow and heavy progressions rolling over dreamlike reverb and swells.
Representing a bright new chapter for the group, ‘I FEEL IT ALL AT ONCE’ builds on a diverse range of sonic influences; crushing riffs, soaring melodies and introspective, open songwriting coming together in producing Semantics’ most cohesive and definitive work to date.
