Portland native alt/pop songwriter Days To Waste (Ben Willey) has just released his debut album, ‘forget me when the summer ends’ via Passion Eight Records.

Born into an atypical Christian household, Ben Willey’s life has been bookended by music written from emotion; whether that the Christian Worship music he grew up with, or the pensive Emo he’s known for now.

“To me, this album is a journey through beginnings, growth, and the bittersweet beauty of change” says Ben. “Every track tells a story—whether it’s about the nostalgia of nights spent with friends, the pain of letting go, or those moments of pure joy that stick with you forever. It’s raw, it’s honest, and it’s personal. I wanted it to feel like a place where time stands still, where the memories I’ve lived through stay with me, even as everything else changes.”

Days To Waste has steadily carved out a fanbase through his relentless output of music. Choosing to work almost completely solo he says: “these songs aren’t products in my head, they’re real to me.” This authenticity has earned him over 10m+ streams and 45k+ combined online followers.
