Multi-platinum hip hop artist Chillinit unveils a new collaboration Round & Round featuring rising underground sensation indigomerkaba, who Chillinit is bringing as a support act on his imminent ‘420 Oz Crawl’ regional tour, which kicks off next weekend in Victoria.
Produced by frequent collaborator BADRAPPER (Henny & Reefer), Round & Round is a hard-hitting boom-bap track that sees the two rappers trade bars over Badrapper’s buttery production. After bonding over their shared experiences navigating fatherhood, substance abuse and other trappings of fame, Chillinit and indigo showcase their struggles and aspirations for the future in this 5-minute rap extravaganza.
The collaboration and forthcoming tour marks a full circle moment for indigomerkaba, who shouted out Chillinit on a viral TakeFlight freestyle only months ago. Fast forward to March 2024, and the two MCs have collaborated on the song and will soon tour across every state and territory in Australia.
